Bring water to a boil in medium saucepan. Spiralize zucchini and place in boiling water. After the zucchini noodles are cooked to desired consistency, remove from heat and strain. In second saucepan, combined 1/8 cup of water, garlic, grape tomatoes and spices and bring to a boil then cover and reduce heat. Cook sauce ingredients until tomatoes start to pop open. stirring occasionally. Stir in tomato paste and extra water, if needed. Pour sauce over noodles and serve.
