  1. Pull leaves off cauliflower and break into large florets. Pulse florets in food processor until finely chopped. heat skillet on medium high heat. Heat water in skillet. Add cauliflower, cover, and cook, until tender, about 2 minutes. Remove lid and allow remaining liquid to cook off before serving.
