Procedures

Upon our reopening June 1, 2020, we've created a list of preventive measures that our offices are taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19. If you feel more comfortable continuing your program remotely, please let a staff member know and we'll be happy to accommodate you.

• A disinfectant solution that kills 99.9% of germs and viruses will be used multiple times throughout the day to areas such as, but not limited to: doorknobs, countertops, display items, display stands, and cases, watercooler, keyboards, hand cradles, phone, tables, light switches, pens, the entire bathroom, etc.
• All employees, clients, and visitors are required to wear protective face masks.
• The waiting area can contain no more than 3 clients at a time. A maximum of 10 people will be allowed in our office at a time. (This includes staff and clients combined).
• To ensure proper social distancing, clients may be asked to wait in their car until their appointment time.
• Health coaches are required to lead clients to their appointment room and the BCA weigh-in room while keeping a distance of six feet in front of the client. Health coaches will weigh in every client from outside the BCA room.
• The sampling and touching of display products will be handled by staff only.
• The bathroom will be wiped down by a staff member after every use.
• The front desk associate will wipe down the countertops, pens, and any other touched surfaces after every client leave the building.
• The health coach is responsible for wiping down surfaces in the appointment room after every appointment.
• Health coaches must wash hands with soap and warm water for a minimum of 30 seconds after every appointment.
• The staff will sanitize the entire office as a part of the nightly closing duties.
