- 5 oz can white albacore tuna
- 8 oz cucumbers, chopped
- 1-2 teaspoons Bragg's liquid aminos
- 1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley

Instructions
- mix together the liquid amigos, mustard and parsley in a bowl. Add tuna and stir until combined. Add the cucumbers and keep mixing until all ingredients are coated.
