  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Defrost and drain frozen spinach. Transfer to food processor. Add ground chicken and BBQ sauce and process until well combined. Spoon out 32 minds of mixture onto baking sheet. Form into nugget shape. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown on bottom.
