Bring medium saucepan of water to a boil. Cut the ends of the radishes and cut into quarters. Bill radishes for 5-10 minutes, until softened. Drain water and set aside 1 cup of boiled radishes. transfer remaining radishes to food processor. Add water and spices. Process until creamy consistency is reached. Stir in reserved boiled radishes. transfer to bowl. garnish with parsley.
