Beef Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Caps
  1. Spoon out the innards of the mushroom and put in a bowl. mix in ground beef, minced garlic, salt, pepper , Italian seasoning, cumin and Bragg's Liquid aminos. Sprinkle garlic powder and rosemary on the top. Stuff mixture into mushroom caps and bake in the over for 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
