16 ounces spinach
1 teaspoon garlic powder
pink salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat over to 400 degrees. Cook spinach down in size in a pot with a small amount of water on the stove. Drain spinach. Mix in cottage cheese and seasonings. Transfer to a glass pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese starts to brown on top.
