Instructions
  1. Place Tomatoes, celery and spices in media size stockpot. Bring to a boil over medium heat.Add frozen fish fillets. Reduce heat and cook for 10-15 minutes. Cook until mixture is heated through and fish is opaque and flaky. Then with a little water, if desired.
